Itching to Start Something New
Someone please stop me.
I'm itching to start something new.
I'm so close to completing the piecing of my DWR. Just two more rows.
I'm just over halfway through the sashings on Ladder to the Stars.
There are another 24 projects in various stages of completion on my UFO list which I want to finish -- eventually -- and that doesn't include the tops which need to be quilted.
But I want to start something new. I'm not sure if it's one of my various kits or something else completely.
Stop me. I need to finish a few more UFOs (Or at least get them to the top stage.)

I'm not going to try to stop you! It will only make you start 3 more new projects!! Never mind, I'm talking about me. I call them my "I'm not starting anything new project". I have 3 of those right now. I say go with the tote bag project, that looks like it would be some quick fun and instant gratification. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI, too, cannot help you. I start a new project weekly if not daily. Always something new I want to try. I wish I could be more than one person. Or give up sleeping.
ReplyDeleteI have 8 quilts waiting to be quilted. They are hanging on the back of the quilting room door.
I have discovered I LOVE quilting straight lines on my DSM more than machine quilting.

heeeheee ... you sound so much like me. I have to force myself to work on my UFO that are piled high for all to see. I have taken a challenge to work on a UFO each day for at least twenty minutes before working on anything else. I am making slow progress on the oldies but I am making progress just the same. Maybe do the new project as a reward for work on your UFOs/BOBs each day??
